Step 1: Access & Log In
Open your mobile browser (Chrome, Safari, etc.) and go to the official LoongBuy website. The site will automatically load the mobile-friendly interface. Log into your account using your credentials.
Step 2: Browse & Submit Items
Use the search bar or category menus to find products. To purchase an item from a Chinese marketplace, simply paste the product link into the "Order" field on your dashboard and fill in the details.
Step 3: Manage Orders & Track
Navigate to "My Orders". Here you will see all your orders in one list. Tap any order to view its detailed status, from purchased to stored to shipped.
Step 4: Check QC Photos
Once your item arrives at the LoongBuy warehouse, QC photos are taken. Go to the "My Warehouse"
Use the built-in message system. Go to "Messages"
Step 5: Communicate with Support
